The educational farm
Since 2017 Beatrice Massignan, owner of the Corte delle Giuggiole Farm, has embarked on a personal journey of education, which has led her to deepen her educational experience with special people.
The Corte delle Giuggiole Educational Farm welcomes both school-age (6-18 years old) and adult participants in its workshops. Since the beginning of our educational activity, our Farm has mainly undertaken the reception of special people with different abilities.
Through contact with different realities in the area, we have been able to offer workshops and get to know different types of participants.

Individual Workshops
The individual workshops held at Jujube Court are aimed mostly at special kids. They provide for activities of kneading and making baked goods.
In these workshops the participant is personally supervised by an expert during the activities and there is also a consolidation of the activities carried out during the collective workshop.
During these workshops, our flours produced by milling wheat and other grains grown by us are used.
Enrollment is arranged in time, establishing continuity of work. -
Collective Workshops
The collective workshops of Corte delle Giuggiole involve the presence of a qualified subject matter expert coordinator, who manages the activities and adjusts them according to the participation of the group, developing the themes established and agreed upon at the beginning of the workshop cycle, which last from September to July.
During these workshops, our flours produced by milling wheat and other grains grown by us are used. -
The types of workshops are:
- "Choice of Bread, Choice of Life": bread and pizza dough workshop with our flours and making an elaborate product
- "Strength of Nature": workshop on recognizing the wild herbs of the area
- "Cucina Ciocheciò ": cooking workshop , the simple things of home that create relationship
- "The flavored salt"
- "From the earth to the table": workshop in the garden or field and in the hall
In the course of our experience, we have verified that educational workshops that take place continuously have better yield for special people, and we have established a calendar with regular meetings.
Therefore, the educational farm of "Corte delle Giuggiole" is a constantly evolving reality that, as a whole, is able to offer not only a "different school," where children can carry out educational courses on different topics, from food education to environmental and civic education, but also a beautiful, organized and safe place, where we take care of children and their families, offering outdoor time, play and movement, experiences and emotions.

Social Farm Activities
The Azienda Agricola e Fattoria Didattica - Social Farm "Corte delle Giuggiole" is located in S. Andrea di Cologna Veneta in a flat rural area near the Berica hills (province of Vicenza) and cultivates cereal crops .
Guests of the Social Farm are engaged to varying degrees with different abilities, in the mission of the farm.
The tasks in which the Guests can experiment by finding opportunities for growth and autonomy are :
